very fresh and delicious sushi! the rolls are large with generous portions of fish and many different sauces made in house! my husband and i have eaten here twice already and we love the new addition to the neighborhood!
Great, local little place! Fresh fish. Friendly service. We really enjoyed sushi and Hibachi. Prices are very reasonable. *ONLY suggestion: It's too bright for evening and doesn't match the nicer feel of place. Simple dim lighting would add a ton more ambiance. Please install dimmers on lights or use less wattage bulbs. :)
Today was my first time getting food from here. Christmas Day, didn't want leftovers for dinner so decided to place an order for pickup. It's super tiny but OMG the Filet Mignon Hibachi was amazing!!!! When I picked it up the super nice guy behind the counter was telling me about how they make their sauces in house and I have to say it's amazing. A lot of hibachi places the sauce is so strong you can't really taste the vegetables. Not Kyoto! Everything tasted earthy and fresh and just absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my tasty Christmas dinner and we will absolutely be back :)
Cute place with great food and amazing service. The restaurant has sushi, but I went with hibachi, delicious and well made. Next time, I will definitely eat sushi. I highly recommend it. Come in with family and friends or by yourself. You won't regret it. Enjoy
Only went for pickup, however the short interaction I had with the people inside were very nice. Had some sushi and their rose tea, and was not disappointed. Try their Godzilla roll - the fry on it was perfect. Will be making an effort to return.
Absolutely phenomenal! The sushi is crafted so perfectly and fresh. The hibachi dinner was well portioned and the food was all so fresh and leaves you feeling good! it just doesn’t get better than Kyoto! The restaurant is clean and atmosphere is comfortable with calming music playing. The waiter was very kind and attentive and added to the experience with a wonderful smile! I’d recommend this place to everyone and will be bringing family and friends to enjoy!
In-house salad sauce, hibachi noodles with more consistency due to a different noodle choice, fresh sushi! The food is easy on the palate, not salty or excessive use of sauces. Should try the drinks - so tasty! Price is right. Service is attentive and the decoration is clean and spacious. Parking is available for maybe 5-8 cars.
Kyoto Sushi is hands-down my favorite sushi spot! I’ve even marked it as a favorite on my Google Maps. Despite living in New Jersey, I make the trip to Pennsylvania whenever I can just to eat here. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the variety on the menu keeps me coming back to try new things. The staff truly make the experience even better — they’re always friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. If you’re a sushi lover, Kyoto Sushi is absolutely worth the drive!
